These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the VakilKaro Learning platform (the "Platform"), operated by JSONS Solicitors Private Limited ("VakilKaro", "we", "us"). By registering, logging in or purchasing a course, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and account

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Platform with a parent's or guardian's consent.
  • You must provide correct details and keep your mobile number and email up to date.
  • You are responsible for all activity on your account. Do not share your password or OTP with anyone.
  • Your account can be active on one device at a time. Logging in on another device ends the earlier session.

2. Course purchase and access

  • Course prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) on the course page and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments are processed securely by our payment gateway partners (Razorpay or Easebuzz). Access is given only after the payment is confirmed.
  • Each course has an access period (validity) shown on the course page, counted from the date of purchase. Access ends when the validity period ends, unless renewed.
  • A course licence is personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable. It is for your own learning only.
  • Coupon codes are subject to their own validity and usage limits and cannot be exchanged for cash.

3. Permitted use and restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Share your account, or let others watch course content through your account.
  • Download, record, screen-capture, copy, upload, resell or distribute any course video, document or material.
  • Attempt to bypass security, access content you have not purchased, or disrupt the Platform.
  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

If we find a breach of these rules, we may suspend or end your access without a refund and take legal action where appropriate.

4. Intellectual property

All course videos, text, documents, formats, logos and other material on the Platform belong to VakilKaro or its instructors and are protected by copyright and other laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you by purchasing a course.

5. Certificates

A certificate of completion is issued when you complete all lessons of a course. It confirms course completion only and is not a government-recognised qualification, licence or degree.

6. Educational content only

Course content is for general education and information. It is not legal, financial, tax or regulatory advice for your specific situation. Please read our Disclaimer.

7. Changes to courses and the Platform

We may update, add or remove lessons to keep content current, and we may change features of the Platform. We try to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, for example during maintenance.

8. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, VakilKaro is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the Platform or its content. Our total liability for any claim relating to a course is limited to the amount you paid for that course.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page and apply from the date shown above.
