Course Access & Delivery Policy

All courses on VakilKaro Learning are delivered online. No physical product is shipped, and there are no shipping charges.

1. When you get access

  • The course is unlocked in your account immediately after your payment is confirmed.
  • In rare cases (for example, a delay at the bank or payment gateway) it can take up to 2 hours.
  • If the course is still locked after 2 hours, contact us with your payment ID and we will unlock it.

2. How to access your course

  1. Log in with your registered mobile number (OTP) or email and password.
  2. Open My Courses from the menu, or open the course page.
  3. Choose any unlocked lesson to start watching. Your progress is saved automatically.

3. Access period

Each course has a validity period shown on the course page (for example, 365 days), counted from the date of purchase. You can watch the lessons as many times as you like during this period. The expiry date is shown in My Courses.

4. Devices

Courses can be watched on mobile, tablet or computer in a modern web browser with a stable internet connection. Your account can be active on one device at a time.
